About Gebr. Valstar B.V.
The basis for Gebr. Valstar B.V. was laid down in 1978 when founder Jac. Valstar in Honselersdijk started with the cultivation of Marantaceae.
More than three decades later, Gebr. Valstar operates from in Maasland (the head office), Roosendaal and Brazil. With a cultivation surface of approximately 100,000 square meters, with the focus nowadays on the cultivation of Calathea, one of the most important sorts of the Marantaceae family.
