About Maarel Orchids:

The orchid – in all its beautiful appearances – has been at the heart of the company of Arno and José van der Maarel since 1997.
Due to their exceptional dedication, and that of their co-workers, Maarel Orchids has attained a top position over the past few years and is currently leading in the cultivation of the potted Phalaenopsis.
Attention to quality, a good eye for special variations, professionalism, but mostly a personal way of doing business, made this company a market leader. The continuity of Maarel Orchids is firmly rooted in four important basic values, the 4 C’s.

Highlights of the automated benching system:

  • Two Automated Transport Carts, both of them specified with a double lifting platform;
  • One Overhead Crane for the management of empty benches
  • One Overhead Crane for movements of full rolling benches
  • Four 3D Overhead Cranes;
  • several A-track automated transport lines.

  • Rolling benches with expanded mesh inlays;
  • Rolling benches with planstic ebb and flood inlays

Software

The entire rolling bench system is controlled using our industry leading control and registration software Dat-A-Control.

Besides the control of benches and machines, Dat-A-Control also gives the grower full access to the registration database for plant movements and undergone production processes, making the management of the nursery more efficient.

Logiqs has its own experienced installation and service team based in the Netherlands, but also collaborates with reliable service engineer teams in several countries so as to prevent unnecessary installation or maintenance costs.
